STEP 2 Choose Your Package
Select the level of support that fits your company and the employee’s needs.

STEP 3 Effortless Handover
You allocate an Outplacement Support Credit as part of the severance package and share the departing employee’s contact details. We then make a warm introduction within 24–48 hours.

STEP 4 Employee Onboarding
We reach out directly to the employee to schedule a Welcome Call and begin their personalized program. The Support Credit is valid for three months from handover.

STEP 5 Seamless Experience
We welcome your employee, help them schedule their sessions, and guide them every step of the way. All sessions are delivered remotely—via video or phone—for maximum flexibility and privacy.
