About the AVGs voucher
Do you live in Germany & currently or about to be unemployed?
You may be eligible for a cost-free coaching program funded by the Agentur für Arbeit or Jobcenter through the AVGs voucher.
What is the AVGs voucher?
The AVGS, also known as the Aktivierungs- und Vermittlungsgutschein is a government-funded voucher that allows you to access professional coaching at no personal cost.
The goal is to help you successfully (re)enter the job market — whether you’re seeking employment, changing careers, or starting your own business.
Who Can Apply?
To apply for an AVGS voucher, you must:
Live in Germany
Be currently unemployed or facing unemployment (e.g., your contract is ending soon)
Not receiving unemployment benefits? That is ok, you can still request an AVGS

How to start AVGs coaching
Step-by-Step Process to Start Your AVGs Coaching

If you’re unemployed or at risk of unemployment, you can apply for an activation and placement voucher (AVGS) at your local job center or employment agency online or by phone.
Not receiving unemployment benefits? That is ok, you can still request an AVGS

If you meet the requirements, you’ll receive the AVGS voucher by post or email. This voucher contains information about the scope of the funding, and you can choose your measure provider yourself.

Once you receive your AVGS voucher, arrange a consultation with me online or by phone. You can also contact me via WhatsApp at +49 176 2117 9089

We'll discuss the start of your coaching and your initial goals with you. We'll return the completed AVGS voucher to your job center.

You’ll receive your permit by mail. Once you have this, the coaching can begin. Processing usually takes between 7-10 working days.

If you have any issues with your employment agency or job center, or simply need extra help to get started, contact me and I’ll assist you in applying for your AVGS voucher.
