Question Lab began in 2022, in a post-pandemic Berlin — a time when many of us were navigating emotional exhaustion, limited access to support, and a quiet but urgent need for real inner change.
What started as a personal need — for structured, affordable self-coaching — turned into a tool for anyone ready to stop circling the same emotional patterns. When therapy felt out of reach, and motivational quotes felt hollow, we turned to what actually worked: honest questions, answered in private.
Not everyone can access therapy or coaching — but everyone deserves clarity.
That belief became the foundation of Question Lab: self-coaching tools that treat you seriously, challenge you gently, and help you come home to yourself — one question at a time.
