Why work with me?
Many people know me today as a Career Reinvention Coach.
But before I started my business, I spent over 14 years in HR, primarily in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. I did not just observe recruitment processes. I built them.
I led Talent Acquisition teams, mentored recruiters and hiring managers, structured recruitment processes, and implemented ATS systems.
