At the end of 2023, after three years of freelancing, I struggled to gain decent-sized projects consistently and push my business to the next level. I faced a tough decision: leave the fashion industry or move back to my home country. As an English-speaking immigrant in Berlin, finding a full-time position was extremely difficult.
