What stood out about Daria’s coaching style is her ability to feel genuine empathy but also give “tough love” when needed. She is very honest and direct but always extremely supportive. During the coaching I felt free to explore and jump from one possibility to the next, all the while knowing my coach was right there ready to guide us through the maze.

I really enjoyed the first part of the coaching, focused on learning about myself through tests and assignments. But I was equally energized when we started getting into the nitty gritty of my career options and goals in the second half.

Daria’s coaching style nurtured my self trust, which is the most valuable gain from this experience. I could feel myself growing more and more confident and aware of who I am. This has allowed me to make active changes and take ownership of my decisions.
